(BEDFORD, IN) - The sale disclosure form for Dunn Memorial Hospital was filed last week at a final purchase price of $7,020,000.
Under the terms of the deal, Lawrence County will retain Dunn's accounts receivable as well as Medicaid and Medicare payments due to Dunn.
The county still owns several pieces of property related to the former Dunn Memorial Hospital which will now be leased to St. Vincent and other medical organizations.
