(BLOOMINGTON, IN) - A Bloomington man has been accused of arson.
Police were first called to the South Washington Street apartments when a tenant complained a man was throwing glass over an upper floor balcony.
36-year-old William Dean Ladigo was later spotted leaving the apartment watery eyes and cuts on his head, hand and foot.
Several small fires were then discovered in the apartment complex.
Ladigo denied knowing about the fires while receiving medical attention at an area hospital.
He has since been booked into the Monroe County Jail.
