(BLOOMINGTON, IN) - Bloomington Police say a teen was arrested over the weekend after he tossed a water balloon at a mother and her infant from a moving vehicle.
The incident happened Saturday night near the intersection of East 3rd Street and South Indiana Avenue.
18-year-old Bryce Ogden was arrested on a misdemeanor battery charge.
The 39-year-old victim and the baby were drenched with water, but not seriously injured.
