(BEDFORD, IN) - Bedford’s annual Strawberry Shortcake Festival is today.
The shortcake sale will be held from 1:00PM until 7:00PM at Harp Commons on the west side of the downtown square.
The $5 shortcakes feature locally grown strawberries served over a portion of cake baked by the S&L Creative Corner.
Proceeds from the sale benefit the restoration and upkeep of the Wiley House, which was the boyhood home of renowned artist William T. Wiley.
A Gallery Walk, featuring works from local artists is also scheduled from 5:00PM until 7:00PM.
A classic car cruise-in will be displayed from 5:00PM until 9:00PM.
