Police: 'Alcohol Did Not Play Part In Fatal Wreck'

(SEYMOUR, IN) - Alcohol appears to have played no role in a fatal wreck June 7nd in Jackson County.

The Jackson County Coroner confirmed that 52-year-old Kevin Otte died from massive trauma after he failed to stop at a stop sign Anthony Temple's vehicle.

Temple was taken to Schneck Medical Center. Officials say that "there was no evidence of intoxication" as previously thought.
