Police say a pickup truck was traveling turning onto Dillman Road from Highway 37 when it struck the back side of the van.

The impact caused the van to flip.

1-year-old Malana Perrine's car seat was ejected from the minivan with the young girl still inside.

Both Malana and 8-year-old Allison Adair were flown to Indianapolis hospitals.

The four other passengers in the van and the driver were taken to Bloomington Hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
