(BLOOMINGTON, IN) - An August 16th court hearing has been set for a 26-year-old man charged with stabbing an Indiana University Professor to death last December.
Michael Griffin is accused in the death of Don Belton.
Griffin told investigators that Belton had sexually assaulted him on several occasions and he drove to his house to confront him about the incidents.
Police say a verbal dispute between the men turned physical.
