Springville Teen Airlifted After Rolling Her Car

(SPRINGVILLE) - An 18-year-old Springville woman was airlifted to a hospital Tuesday afternoon after rolling her car after a tire came off the vehicle.

According to a report in the Greene County Daily World,Natasha Nalley suffered an injury to her left forearm and was first transported by the Greene County Ambulance Service to Center Township Fire Station.

From there, an AirEvac medical helicopter transported her to Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.

Nalley was driving a 1998 Chevrolet Monte Carlo on State Road 54 south of State Road 45 when the accident occurred.

According to Greene County Sheriff's Deputies who responded to the scene a tire on the driver's side of her vehicle had come off the car causing her to lose control.
