(BEDFORD) - A man was injured when he was struck by a vehicle in the Bedford Wal-Mart parking lot on Wednesday.
According to a report in the Bedford Times Mail, Gary Sullivan of Mitchell suffered a mild concussion, and a Bedford Regional Medical Center ambulance was called to help Sullivan.
The accident report states Sullivan was leaving the Wal-Mart store, and was walking to the parking lot in the pedestrian walkway.
Meanwhile, Evelyn Firsich, of Williams, was driving east in the parking lot.
She said she was watching other traffic and did not see Sullivan.
Firsich's 2004 Ford pickup struck Sullivan while he was in the walkway.
