(NEEDMORE, IN) - The man who accidentally shot himself on Wednesday remains in critical condition at an Indianapolis hospital.
Roger Dunkelbarger suffered a serious injury from the gun and flown to the intensive care unit of Wishard Hospital.
The Bloomington resident was reportedly was heating the barrel of a gun and realized a round was in it.
Dunkelbarger was discovered unconscious, lying in a pool of blood in a residence near Needmore.
