(BEDFORD, IN) - A 31-year-old Bedford man suffered hip injuries while riding an ATV Monday morning.
According to police reports, Jonathon Kirk failed to stop his ATV at Broomsage Road and North Jackson Street in Bedford around 8:00AM.
16-year-old Brian Solliday of Springville struck the ATV as it passed through the intersection.
Solliday says he was unable to avoid the collision.
During police investigations at the scene, officers discovered that the ATV Kirk was riding had been reported stolen a short time earlier.
