(BLOOMFIELD, IN) - Battery charges against a Greene County Commission may be dismissed under terms of a pre-trial division agreement Tuesday.
Bart A. Beard was charged with domestic battery in September of 2009, but if he doesn't violate any law before January 1st, 2011, performs community service work and complies with some other stipulations, his battery charge will be dropped.
Beard was originally arrested on August 27th following reports that Beard had severely beaten his girlfriend.
