(UNDATED) - The warmer weather means a possible increase in speeding tickets.
Dr. Neil Moore is Executive Director of the Indiana Criminal Justice Institute and says it's a natural progression with more people out and about and maybe not paying as close attention to their speed as normal.
Over 33% of all traffic fatalities in Indiana are related to speed.
