(MITCHELL, IN) - A lawsuit has been resolved between the city of Mitchell and former Mitchell Police Officer Randy Phelix.
Both parties said that they could not reveal any information about the case due to a confidentiality agreement; only stating that the "situation has been resolved."
Some bloggers on a Mitchell blog website are connecting the incident with the suspension of Mitchell Police Officer Steve Blair, although those statements have not been verified.
Blair remains suspended at this time.
