(BLOOMINGTON, IN) - Ivy Tech Community College says it will take over ownership of the financially struggling John Waldron Arts Center in downtown Bloomington.
Upon final approval from the Ivy Tech Community College State Board of Trustees and the Bloomington city council, the institution will purchase the facility for $1.
The college will also buy the leftover assets from the city of Bloomington, which is the current owner of the Waldron, for $150,000.
