(AVOCA) An Avoca man hit it big with the $100,000 Cash Flow scratch off ticket, winning the big prize of $100,000.
James Page of Avoca purchased the ticket at the Marathon Food Center on 16th Street in Bedford on March 9th.
Page manages a pest control business and had been waiting for a free day to claim his prize, which he did yesterday at Hoosier Lottery Headquarters in Indianapolis.
Page stated that it happened because his daughter wanted McDonalds, and he stopped at the gas station afterwards and picked up some scratch off tickets.
Page believes the cash will be used to pay bills and will possibly invest some of it.
