Officer Resigns In The Midst Of Termination

(COLUMBUS, IN) - A Columbus police officer accused of misconduct has resigned from the department.

The police department's administrative board asked the board of works to terminate Matthew Stephenson's employment.

A special session of the board of works today was scheduled to consider the firing request.
