(MITCHELL, IN) - A Mitchell Junior High School Assistant Principal has been put on a leave of absence.
According to John Lantis, Superintendent of Mitchell Community Schools, Nathan Woodward has been put on a paid leave of absence for reasons that he could not discuss.
Lantis says that the length of the absence has not yet been determined and that he could not comment any further on the situation.
In a phone call made to Woodward earlier this morning, he stated that he has "personal issues to deal with right now and would appreciate privacy at this time," but other than that chose to make no comment.
