(BLOOMINGTON, IN) - A Bloomington man is in critical condition at Bloomington Hospital after three police officers pulled him from a burning car.
40-year-old Larry Roberts of Bloomington was driving in the 700 block of West Allen Street in Bloomington, when it caught fire.
Officers smashed in the drivers side door just minutes before the car exploded.
A nearby light pole caught fire, and power lines in the area also came down.
