(UNIONVILLE, IN) - A Brown County man was formally charged with murder on Monday.
Lucas Holland was charged in Monroe Circuit Court for the murder of Unionville resident David Moore. 28-year-old Holland was additionally charged with burglary and armed robbery.
Police believe that Holland entered Moore's Monroe County home Thursday afternoon and then, later that day, left with Moore's ATV, leaving the man dead in his driveway.
Holland also faces charges in Brown County for allegedly breaking into a shed taking another man's ATV, before the homeowner discovered him.
His next date in Monroe Circuit Court has been scheduled for April 19th.
