(BLOOMINGTON, IN) - Bloomington Police were informed of a man impersonating a police officer on Saturday.
The alleged officer knocked on a man's door claiming he was a suspect in a theft investigation and needed to answer some questions.
The Bloomington Police Department says that all on-duty officers carry badges for identification and you have the right to ask to see those credentials.
