Stam's Miss America Reign Comes To An End

(SEYMOUR, IN) - Katie Stam’s reign is over as Miss America.

22-year-old Caressa Cameron from Virginia is wearing the crown.

Stamm, a Seymour native, was crowned the winner last year.
