Last updated on Wednesday, February 10, 2010

(NASHVILLE, IN) - A settlement has been reached in the case of a Nashville pharmacists who filled prescriptions without a current license.

According to reports, pharmacists Morris "Mo" Skirvin's license expired in 1990.

The man reportedly did not renew his license when his employer was bought out by CVS, instead he allegedly forged a new one for each renewal period.

Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller announced that a $1.95 million settlement had been reached.

Zoeller says CVS has resolved the situation in a responsible way.

The store will now implement a screening program to ensure that none of its pharmacist employees are operating without a license.
