(LINTON, IN) - A new date has been scheduled for the second pretrial conference in the case against a Greene County Commissioner.
41-year-old Bart Beard of Linton was charged with domestic battery in September of 2009 following a domestic dispute incident.
The second pretrial conference was originally scheduled for February 20th until a motion for a continuance was filed by Beard's defense attorney.
The first pretrial conference took place in Monroe County; the second pretrial conference is also expected to take place in Monroe County now on March 25th at 9:30AM.
