(NORTH VERNON, IN) - The re-trial of a man accused of murdering his girlfriends 5-year-old son has been set for October 19th.
Aaron Rohr is currently housed at the Pendleton State Reformatory but has a new trial after the Indiana Supreme Court granted that, saying he was denied a fair trial after two witnesses were not allowed to testify.
