Mitchell Police Merit Board Declines Pay From The City

(MITCHELL, IN) - The Mitchell Police Merit Board Commission met Thursday to elect officers to the newly created commission.

Phillip Tincher was elected president with Bill Carlisle as Vice President.

The Commission also announced that they will not accept pay from the city and will do their jobs as a volunteer service to Mitchell.
