Man Arrested For Meth, Cocaine and Marijuana

(OOLITIC, IN) - An Oolitic man was arrested Friday for possession of drugs.

According to Oolitic Police officials a vehicle was originally stopped Indiana Avenue for speeding and driving left of center.

During the course of the traffic stop the driver, 23-year-old Joshua Phillips was found to be in possession of methamphetamine, crack cocaine and marijuana.

The man was later booked into the Lawrence County Jail.

Phillips was also found to be wanted for two previous outstanding warrants from a non-related matter.

The Oolitic Police Department asks that anyone with information about drug-related activity, contact the police department at 812-275-5523.
