(BLOOMINGTON, IN) - An Indiana University student informed police Sunday afternoon that he had been knocked unconscious and robbed.

Campus police say that the student had been walking home from a party when he stopped at the north side of the Indiana Memorial Union to call a cab, with a friend's Iphone.

The student then believes that someone approached him from behind and struck him, knocking him unconscious.

The victim then awoke on the ground next to a pay phone with the Iphone missing, as well as a small amount of cash.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Indiana University Police Department.
