(SHOALS, IN) - A Shoals man was arrested Friday for possession of Marijuana.
According to police officials, 50-year-old Mark A Pennington was originally stopped for a traffic violation on Spout Springs Road in Shoals when police determined that Pennington was intoxicated.
While at the Martin County Jail, green-like plant materials inside stored inside a pill bottle, later determined to be marijuana, was found on Pennington.
The man was charged with possession of marijuana and operating his vehicle while intoxicated.
