Residents Remided To Not Call Dispatchers For Road Updates

(UNDATED, IN) - With police officials busy investigating traffic accidents, the Indiana State Police is reminding residents to not call the Indiana State Police or other public safety agencies to inquire about current road conditions.

Indiana State Police Public Information Sergeant Curt Durnil, says that is important that emergency lines remain open for emergency calls.

He says that anyone wanting information about current roadway conditions can call 1-800-261-7623, visit www.TrafficWise.IN.gov and local TV and Radio.
