Orleans Trooper Promoted To Detective

(ORLEANS, IN) - Indiana State Police Superintendent Paul Whitesell, recently promoted Master Trooper David Henderson to Detective in the Jasper post.

The post covers seven counties in Southern Indiana; including Crawford, Daviess, Dubois, Martin, Orange, Perry, and Spencer.

Henderson, a native of Orleans, and a 1989 graduate from Orleans High School attended Vincennes University and graduated in 1991 with an Associate degree in Law Enforcement.

He graduated in 1993 from the 50th Indiana State Police Recruit Academy and was then assigned to the Jasper District.

Master Trooper Detective Henderson and his wife, Heather, currently live in Orleans with their two children.
