(BEDFORD, IN) - A Bedford man suffered injuries to his face after flipping over his vehicle.
Authorities say that 70-year-old Loye C. Pourner was traveling on Tunnelton Road when he reached down from the steering wheel to pick up a carton of milk, ultimately causing the man's vehicle to run off of the road, hit a tree and flip the vehicle onto its passenger side.
Although the "jaws of life" were brought to the scene, the equipment was not needed to pull the man from the wreckage.
