Linton Police Warning Of Car Break-Ins

(LINTON, IN) - Linton Police officials are encouraging Greene County residents to lock their vehicles.

Several random thefts of unlocked vehicles have been reported in the area.

The majority of the thefts are believed to have taken place during the overnight hours.

Linton Police Chief Troy Jerrell stresses to residents that whether they're at the store or at home... to have their vehicle locked; stating "It's a good practice to get into anyway."
