Fireman Suffers Heart Attack While Fighting Blaze

(PAOLI, IN) - A Paoli volunteer firefighter was rushed to the hospital after suffering a heart attack while on the scene of a fire at Kemple’s Quick Lube in Paoli.

Steve Hankins with the Paoli Volunteer Fire Department was taken by ambulance to Bloomington Hospital of Orange County and then was transported to Bloomington Hospital.

The building is not being described as a total loss.

The cause of the fire has not been determined.

Their has been no word on the condition of the firefighter.
