Building Bought To Make Way For Arena

(EVANSVILLE, IN) - The city of Evansville has bought the last building standing in the way of the new downtown arena.

The building's owner paid $41,000 for it in 2004 to open a candy store.

The city bought it for $180,000 and will have it razed for the new arena.
