(VERNON, IN) - Jennings County Police officials are continuing their investigation into the burglary of a Vernon business.
Authorities say that they have located five people along with gold, jewelry and cigarettes that had been reported stolen from Herschel's Mini Mart and Deli on January 9th.
Although the names of the suspects have not been released, one person has been identified as 33-year-old Michelle Atkins.
Other names and charges will be released when the investigation is completed.
Deputy Alan Ritchie, Sgt. Jeff Jones and Sgt. Karen McCoy of the Jennings County Sheriff's Department are investigating the case.
