(MITCHELL, IN) - Mitchell Police Officials responded to the report of an armed robbery Monday evening at 7:00PM at Alley’s Pizza at 111 North 7th Street in Mitchell.
Following an investigation conducted by police, the 21-year-old armed robbery suspect was arrested.
Garrett S. Bandy of Mitchell is now facing charges of armed robbery with a deadly weapon and possession of a handgun without a permit.
30 minutes following Bandy's arrest at around 10:30PM, the gun, mask and hooded sweatshirt used in the robbery were located five blocks from where the robbery had occurred.
