(BEDFORD, IN) - A Mitchell man complained chest pain following a car wreck Monday evening.
42-year-old John Creek of Mitchell was reportedly traveling on US Highway 50 heading towards Shoals when his 1995 four door Buick ran off of the right side of the roadway into gravel.
Creeks managed to get his moving vehicle back on the roadway when it began to travel sideways, eventually sliding off the right side of the roadway again, this time striking a group of trees before flipping upside down.
Traffic was slowed in the area for a little more than an hour; the driver was transported to an area hospital.
