(BLOOMINGTON, IN) - The parent company of a specialty food distributor in south central Indiana has announced its intent to sell the firm to Illinois-based Kehe food distributors.
Kehe will pay $190 million to Royal Wessanen for Tree Of Life, Inc.
Royal Wessanen will hold a special meeting of shareholders on January 13th to approve the sale.
Tree Of Life operates a distribution center in Bloomington.
