(BEDFORD, IN) - German American Bancorp, owner of Stone City Bank and Keach and Grove Insurance announced today that the corporation will be changing the name of the two businesses.
In a press release issued earlier this morning, German American Bancorp stated that over the next few months, the company will revise its signage and communications materials.
The company states "we'll still be the same organization you've worked with for years, only now we are going to be a larger, more unified family."
The corporation acquired the two Bedford businesses in 2006.
