(MITCHELL, IN) - The trespass order filed against Mitchell resident Terry Bock has been lifted.
According to a press release issued from the Mitchell Mayor's Office, the trespass order was lifted after a "cooling off" period.

As a result of the events immediately following the most recent meeting of the Common Council, the City of Mitchell issued a No Trespass Order to a local resident, Terry Bock.
Local issues have generated and continue to generate substantial interest of local residents and sometimes emotions can be at a high level.
Since the recent meeting, the issuing of the No Trespass Order and now sufficient "cooling off" period, Mitchell Mayor Dan Terrell has decided to rescind the No Trespass Order directed to Mr. Bock.
Mayor Terrell believes that a statement made during the moment of high emotion should not continue to be a distraction and should not be held against Mr. Bock.
The city has informed Mr. Bock that the order is no longer in effect and he is welcome to attend meetings and enter city-owned property as any other person.
The city's priority is to conduct city business in a safe and productive environment, and Mayor Terrell reminds all residents of and persons interested in the City of Mitchell to conduct themselves in a responsible manor.

After receiving a letter of rescission from Mitchell Mayor Dan Terrell regarding the no trespass order that was placed against me on October 13th and upon the advice from my personal attorney, I am no longer pursueing any legal action at this time.
