(BEDFORD, IN) - North Lawrence Community School along with the Lawrence County Health Department are conducting a flu clinic at Bedford North Lawrence High School on October 31st from 10:00AM to 1:00PM.
The Lawrence County Health Department says that the county is currently receiving small shipments of the H1N1 vaccine on a weekly basis, but due to a very limited supply, the department is not able to offer vaccinations to teachers and parents at this time.
Officials say another clinic will likely setup at a later date.
The clinic will offer both nasal mist for healthy, non asthmatic children ages 2 and older, as well as the H1N1 injection for children with chronic medical conditions.
The clinic will occur in the Auxillary Gym, with the entrance on the south side of the high school (football field side entrance #16).
Mitchell Community Schools is offering an H1N1 vaccination clinic on November 5th and 17th from 4:00PM until 8:00PM at Burris Elementary School.
