(COLUMBUS, IN) - A moped rider is facing criminal charges after leading police on a short chase Thursday in Columbus before a police dog tracked him down.
37-year-old Bryan Atkins is preliminarily charged with resisting law enforcement in a vehicle, resisting law enforcement on foot and possession of stolen property.
