Man Attacked By German Shepherd

(BEDFORD, IN) - A 31-year-old man from Spring Hill, Tennessee was attacked by a German Shepard while jogging on Washington Avenue yesterday morning.

The man was reportedly jogging when a black and tan colored German Shepard ran up to the man and attacked the man, causing injuries to the man's left foot.

The man was transported to a Bedford hospital to be treated for puncture wounds to his foot.

The German Shepard reportedly had an immunization record and is currently being quarantined for 10 days. The quarantine is required when an animals attacks a person; to see if the animal shows any sign of rabies.
