(BEDFORD, IN) - An attempted robbery at a John Williams Boulevard department store in Bedford is still under investigation.
Workers at the department store informed Bedford Police that there was suspicious activity going on inside the store.
According to store employees, a plasma screen television was discovered out of place in the store, away from the section it normally is located.
Police advised the store employees to give them a call back if anything else suspicious occured.
After reviewing video footage of the inside the store, store officials were able to see unknown suspects cutting a cable the television was connected to and carry it to a different location.
The suspects were unable to be located inside the store and police continue to investigate the case.
The suspects are believed to have driven away in a white Jeep or Bronco.
