(FRENCH LICK, IN) - Seven people are facing charges after a French Lick Police Department investigation revealed an attack at a French Lick hotel.
Ben Toliver received injuries when he was attacked by several people who entered his hotel room at a hotel on State Road 56 in French Lick.
The incident occurred July 30th. The French Lick Police Department filed charges of residential entry, criminal mischief, criminal trespass, unlawful entry and battery against all seven of the intruders.
The charges were filed with the Orange County Prosecutors office against 19 year old Nathaniel Luke Parks of French Lick, 23 year old Eon Phillips of French Lick, 18 year old Austin Shephards of Paoli, 19 year old Justin Tinkle of French Lick, 21 year old Thomas Turner of French Lick, a 17 year old Juvenile from Shoals and another 17 year old Juvenile from French Lick.
Toliver was treated and released at Bloomington Hospital of Orange County.
