(EDINBURGH, IN) - The investigation into the drowning of a young girl in Bartholomew County continues.
As of Wednesday the case had been turned over to the Bartholomew County Prosecutors Office.
Prosecutors will review the case to determine if any criminal act occurred in the death of Megan McNair, who drowned during a canoeing accident with her parents in Driftwood River August 8th near Edinburgh.
Her body was found four days later.
