(LAWRENCE COUNTY) - A 47-year-old man driving down State Road 50 coming up on the intersection of US 50 and State Road 60 crashed his vehicle Saturday afternoon completely totaling his truck luckily not killing him.
As he was driving his 1996 Dodge Ram down US 50 he lost control of his vehicle, drove left of center, and passed through the intersection.
After the intersection, he went up and over an embankment nearly striking a passing motorcycle.
His truck came to its final resting place surrounded by trees.
The driver did sustain back injuries during the wreck; it is unknown what exactly caused him to lose control.
