Police Chase, 120 Mph

(JACKSON COUNTY) - Early Tuesday (July 21st) morning, the Jackson County Police Department called to inform the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department of a speeding red Mustang heading towards Lawrence County at speeds of more than 120 mph.

At 3:22 AM Jackson County advised Lawrence County Sheriff's Department that they had lost sight of the vehicle near a farmers market.

No word yet on if the speeding car was ever stopped by police, however a red sports car was seen on 50 East at around 3:36 AM.
