Teen Involved In Highway Moped Wreck

(BEDFORD) - A moped wreck on Highway 37 left one 17-year-old Williams resident complaining of pain to his entire body yesterday morning at around midnight.

17-year-old Jesse Parish was traveling towards Highway 37 on John Williams Boulevard in Bedford.

Once near the intersection, Parish stated that he he had a green light, enabling him to move forward to turn onto Highway 37.

As he passed through the intersection, Parish struck a car traveling on the highway. That driver told police that he had a green light signal.

The damage made to both vehicles was estimated up to $5,000.

It is unclear what type of injuries the teen sustained during the collision
